| Description | With their graduation from the University of Chicago only a few months away these seniors from the south side school rushed to apply for airhostess jobs with TWA to begin careers in aviation. The airline recently ruled that registered nurses no longer will be required and Misses Marjorie Hibbard, Betty Shimmin, Mary Jane Geisert, Dorothy Greene, and Harriett Fawcett more than fulfill the TWA hostess requirement of at least one year of college education. Hostesses Alice Brekke and Ardyce Dean welcomed the applicants at the Chicago Municipal Airport. |
